Reviews and Ratings
The hotel room was neat and clean, though there was a slight smell which we were able to address by opening the windows. Our room on the 3rd floor was conveniently close to the main dining room.
I was impressed by how the hotel went above and beyond to meet our needs and expectations in the rooms. However, the trek to the 4th floor with 2 elevators was a bit of a hassle. The musty damp air smell was a downside, along with the pervasive unpleasant scents from air fresheners. Waiting for the shuttle between 10 and 40 minutes and the unavailability of certain drink options were minor inconveniences.
My stay at the hotel in late September was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms had a queen size bed and the second a king-sized bed, but they looked very dated, and there seemed to be mold on the ceiling. The bathroom's bottom rim of the wall was filthy. On the positive side, the service was fantastic with very nice and friendly staff throughout the property. The location offered 3 different pool options, including one for younger kids, although some facilities like the bouncy house and table tennis tables were not well-maintained.
Staying at the hotel was like being in a bad motel outside the main building. The room I stayed in was on the 4th floor, quite a trek. Despite the run-down appearance, the kids had fun at the pool. However, the A/V equipment was poor, and there were odd smells throughout the resort. The shuttle service was inconsistent, making guests wait between 10 to 40 minutes. In terms of service, there were issues with rude staff and early restaurant closures. The location had activities showing signs of neglect, impacting the overall enjoyment. The dining experience was average, with limited options available.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spotless and cozy, and we had to take charge of setting up for an event ourselves, but we made it work. However, the lack of air conditioning led to a slight perspiration smell, which was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The location was great, offering beautiful surroundings and fun outdoor activities, but some facilities were not well-maintained. The service was helpful and polite, but there were issues with staff knowledge. The dining experience was outstanding, but the rooms could use some updates in terms of cleanliness.
